Why Africa

The answer is already in Africa.

I believe there are more of me in Africa — bright students who only need a chance, access to the gospel, and the right information. The continent is not waiting to be fixed from the outside. The solution to Africa’s challenges is inside Africa: faithful leaders, hungry learners, and communities that can build when they are resourced and sent.

The Tent is joining a missional effort to help build the faith and the future of those already there — not to replace local leadership, but to walk alongside it with tools, time, and the good news of Jesus.

Digital missions — 250 at the summit, 25 in fellowship

In October, O. is partnering with Bible Church of Reconciliation to host 250 college students for a 2-day summit on designing and building with Claude. From that room, 25 are selected for a 3-month fellowship — ₦100,000 per month to cover food, internet, and Claude while they build solutions for their communities. Top projects win cash prizes. Lodging for the trip is covered; we are raising for airfare, the summit, fellowships, and prizes.

What your gift sponsors

Gifts to The Tent Missions fund sponsor O. Arowolaju to travel with resources and stay long enough on the ground to make a real impact — teaching, mentoring, and building alongside local partners. Parts of each trip are already covered by O. and other sponsors; this campaign closes the remaining gap.

Any amount raised beyond what is needed for these trips will go toward local mission efforts on the ground, or at the donor’s discretion toward future mission trips led by Pastor O.
